Alton Brown teaches us how to carve a juicy holiday bird in this tutorial. First, let your bird sit out for around 15 minutes so the juices set in. After this, cut down the middle of the turkey with a sharp knife and tongs holding it in place. Then, carve around the breast on both sides and cut off both the breast meat sides. When finished, cut those pieces into smaller pieces and then cut the legs off of the bird. Remove the brown meat from the legs, then turn the turkey over. Cut off the wings and meat, then cut off the meat from the bottom of the turkey. Serve this and enjoy with delicious sides!
