A bartender shows us how to make a "Charlie's Angel" cocktail with mescal. This is a mixed drink that is shaken and then poured. He ices a collins glass, then measures an ounce of mescal, then an ounce of grand marnier, two ounces of orange juice and last he adds two ounces of grapefruit juice to the mixture. If you have orange bitters those are good to use, but they are hard to come by so the orange juice is fine. He shakes the mixture, then strains it as he pours it into the collins glass where he leaves a little bit of room for about an ounce or so of soda. The last thing he does is squeeze a lime into the drink and rim the glass with the lime before he puts the lime itself into the drink.
