Danielle, dance designer, tells us how to create three different looks from one dance top. The designers Kristen and Holly demonstrates the three looks for us. Firstly for the cap-sleeve wrap top, she grabs the sleeves just around where the liner ends and folds it together and starts twisting away from the body tightly two or three times depending upon the size of the dancer and pulls it back around. Repeats exactly the same thing on the other side. Brings both the ends around each shoulder and then wraps under each arm crosses it and brings it to the back and crosses it again and wraps it around the shoulder. Puts a square knot over there pulls it tightly and tucks the end under the sleeve so that it is not visible. Repeat the same on the other side. And your ready! Secondly for the cross front halter top, she grabs one sleeve and straightens it out and brings it across the body and wraps it around the neck. Does the same thing with the other sleeve on the opposite side. Brings both sides to the back tightly crosses the back and brings it to the front crosses again and brings it back again and then finally ties a knot at the center back. And you are ready! Thirdly for the one shoulder twist top, she grabs the one side of sleeve clumps it together and twists it two or three times, then grabs the opposite sleeve twists and then twists both sleeves together keeping everything tight. Twists them almost half way down the shoulder and wraps them to the front and crosses it to the back, brings to the center back and ties a knot. And you are ready!
