In this video tutorial, viewers learn how to a "not nice" yoga routine. The first exercise is the dolphin dive. Place the elbows under your shoulder and go into the plank position. Do 5000 reps of the dolphin dive. Then go onto your knees and lift one leg up. Lift the leg backward, to the side and then in a circular motion. Do this on the opposite side as well. Now go into the pigeon pose for a stretch.
