In this tutorial, we learn how to do dips for huge arms. To do this in your home, start with a couple of chairs facing outwards and you in the middle. Use your arms to lift yourself up and bring yourself down slowly resting your hands on your chairs. To make this more difficult, place a dumbbell between your legs and carry yourself down and up going slowly with your arms only. Use a lighter weight if you are just beginning. If you aren't strong enough to push yourself up on the chairs, simply lift your fee so you are just hanging with your feet in the air. Lower yourself down slowly and catch yourself with your feet and push yourself back up. Do this enough, and eventually you will be strong enough to do it the harder way!
