Dina Prioste shows us how to use a rice bag for breathing with yoga in this video. Start out by lying down on your back and a blanket underneath your neck. Close your eyes, relax, and take deep breaths. Focus on your breathing, then take a bag of rice and place it on your upper abdomen. As you inhale, let your diaphragm expand and exhale slowly. Keep doing this for several seconds, focusing on your breathing and calming your mind. If you don't have a bag of rice, you can use a bag of pasta or something else you have nearby.
