Dina Prioste shows us how to do a yoga rotating side plank exercise in this tutorial. Start by lying on your side with your elbow directly underneath your shoulder and lift yourself up. Now, raise your other arm straight into the air and inhale. Exhale by lowering your arm and taking it through the bottom of the side of your body. You can add in more of a challenge by raising your leg up in the air and lowering it with your arm. Do this on both sides of the body and remember to breathe and concentrate while you're doing it. Do this on both sides as many times as you can.
