In this tutorial, we learn how to improve your breath capacity using using breathing with Dina Prioste. First, sit in a comfortable seated position and place your right hand on your collar bone. Now take a deep inhale and a deep inhale while keeping the hand on the collar bone. Feel how your body breathes and now place the left hand between your ribs. Now take a deep breath, then hold it and breathe in deeper. Exhale after both inhales and feel how your muscles are opening up to give you a deeper breath. Now, inhale and hold your breath, then breathe in again, then inhale once more before exhaling. This will give you the deepest breath and help you breathe better while exercising!
