Dina Prioste shows us how to do a yoga post party twist in this tutorial. This is a great exercise to do if you partied too hard the night before, but can make your body feel better. Grab some pillow or blankets and set them out in front of you and set your knees next to them. Now, twist your body so it faces the pillow and lean forward into the pillow and lay down. If you want a deeper twist, face the opposite direction and stay here for at least 5 minutes. Now, turn your knees to face the other direction and twist and lay down once again. Lay for 5 more minutes and your kidneys will be stimulated so the alcohol will get out of your system quicker.
