Dina Prioste shows us how to do a deep hip stretch using the double pigeon in this video tutorial. First, bring your left shin straight out in front of you and bring your right leg in while cradling the shin in. Begin to rock from side to side, feeling your right hip start to stretch out. Now take your right angle and place it on top of the left knee. Keep both feet flexed and inhale deeply while folding forward. You can also take your right leg and hold it over your shoulder for a deeper stretch. Do this exercise on both sides of the body while breathing deeply in and out.
