Scott Thom teaches us how to do hang pulls in this tutorial. You will first get inside the rack, grab a bar and set your back. Then, corner squat with your shoulder blades back and lift up the weights quickly. Drive the bar up using your hips and arms. This is a great exercise to condition for basketball and football, or any sport you prefer. Make sure you have someone else standing around you, since you will be lifting a very heavy bar. Also, make sure you don't pick up weights that are too heavy for you, start with a low weight and work your way up to a higher weight class.
